To my great surprise this Sony product is not compatible with my new Sony XBR Smart HDTV. Shame on you Sony!

The product is awful. It never worked. Worthless, piece of trash.

Got two of these headphones on the same day. One was broken the others were disappointing. Sounds was awful even for the price.

Poor connection. You can't hear it 6ft away. Even if I put the cellular in my chest pocket, the sound sometimes cuts off.

Stop working after 2 weeks of using. Send it to my sister as a gift out of states so can’t even return it

Too heavy, the weight of the battery and all pulls them out of your ears. Hard to turn off, lousy instructions.

Tried to use twice during flights. Did not charge or work at all. Never used again.

Battery failure after 3 months, I was expecting better from Sony but didn’t last too long.

These are probably the best Bluetooth headphones I have purchased: - Battery life better than advertised, and they charge super fast to boot - The sound is on par or better than I've had before in other earbuds - Pairing is super easy, the buttons are raised - The wires are supple out of the box - Noise cancelling is no joke, these will be very useful in noisy environments - The microphone is awesome. I can talk at a whisper and the other side can hear me fine. - The benefit to this style which I don't think many realize, is no clip or anything is needed to keep them balanced around your neck if you have one earbud off. - each time they're turned off and on, it estimates the battery life left at 25% increments Just a couple of improvements: - Skipping a track is voice-announced, it could just be a tone - I think the "-" and "+" buttons should be reversed. The way they hang the "+" is lower and "-" is higher. It works in another way though in that "+" is more forward than "-".

Last only a month waste of money Please do not buy these crap!!!! Very dissapointed with sony brand I guess i have to buy KLIPSCH Again.

Disappointed I still use my old headphones instead because its make a noise sound with the peaople i talking with

They will not stay in your ears and are constantly falling off. Magnetic does not work!!! Worse purchase by far!!!

I have purchased both of these products, neither over of them are goid earbuds

I took them back! Might ss well go true wireless! Wouldnt buy them from best buy either!

Not a fan since they are not convenient as a resilt if cord. Bass is lacking
