If you're going to use them and put them away, they will work. Not the kind to simply hang around you neck.

Like the voice notifications (paring, battery level). Main issue is the mic. People complain that they can't hear me when I speak.

It doesn't come with a charger however you can buy one separately but the same charger that I use for my iPad Air works for these headphones. So I didn't have to buy another charger for it, but if you don't have the charger then buy it separately doesn't have to be apple-related.
