    Wire is starting to short out and is turning itself off then on again and will disconnect all of a sudden to blu tooth. I have it for only 8 months when it started doing all of this.

    Not receiving the product. Someone stole it. The product left at the front door. The product should left in the mail room of the apartment. Without passcode, no one can take the package in the mail room.
