Excellent sound quality, easy setup and pairing through Bluetooth. The noise cancelling is exactly what I needed

The sound quality is good. The main problem I have is that it keeps falling off my shoulder when Im moving around, actually even my Im standing still. Also range is not very far. It's very annoying and I will buy another brand.

These were well worth the money that I paid for them. I ended up buying a couple of sets for family members. I call it the wife test: If any personal electronic device can last more than a year with my wife, it passes the test. This headset made it almost 2 years!

I was disappointed in the sound quality. I was coming from (my favorite to date) the wired MDR-EX750AP I got on clearance for $40 'ish and previous MDR-EX15AP & MDREX15LP earbuds. There is a red charge light that indicates when the USB C connection has power applied to these for charging, but they light does not turn off or change color when it is fully charged. (Users may deprive themselves of using them needlessly simply because they are trying to avoid pulling them off the charge cable before they are fully charged.) Users can't place the earbud to their ear and press a button to hear what level the charging process is up to. A very poor aspect of their design. As other reviews of other Sony Bluetooth earbuds similar to this style say, a person can't charge these while continuing to listen to these with a longer USB cable than these came with. What made me want to write this review is that I hate the back shape of these earbuds. The back is a narrow rounded surface. So by feel, these are hard to determine by the finger tip which direction pressure should be applied to push it directly into the ear canal. (My previous MDR-EX750AP are flat on the back and obvious which direction is directly in line with the driver and directs it into the ear canal.) These should have very little additional pressure on the ear canal if sleeping on one's side listening with these than any others I've tried... because of the rounded & tapered back I don't like when trying to insert these into the ear. The other potentially negative aspect of the rounded & tapered back of the buds means that users pretty much have to pull on cable itself every time to get the bud out of the ear. There is no edge on the earbud or strain relief coming out of the earbud to avoid strain on the audio carrying conductors in the cable at the entrance to the earbud. They do have the symmetrical left & right earbuds which I prefer. It allows me to wrap the cable over the top of the ear for added stability, less cable noise, letting me pull them out temporarily and have them still hanging over the top of the ear ready to be put back in, etc. Symmetry allows these buds to reverse left & right to the opposite ear without discomfort. Will I return the two pair of these I purchase? No. (I'm kind of a DYI individual and may solder better sounding Sony MDR... earbuds to the cables headed to the earbud and see if this provides the sound quality I was hoping / expecting to get... but with wireless benefits.)

The sound on these are amazing. My only complaint us they could use a clip of some kind because they easily slide off shoulders wgen not listening to anything.

It works. Good battery life. I just hate the design. It's way too long. It gets in the way and gets caught in things. It's annoying.

Sony WI- C320 Bluetooth neckline in ear Headset. You can't beat a Sony product for great sound, and at $20 a pop, these are a bargain! Very comfy, so tiny I sleep with them. Battery is about 8-12 hrs. per charge, (quick charge, too!), via USC C charge cord, magnetized to hold them together loosely around the neck. Volume control, skip song, answer phone controls on headset piece. Don't yank on the cord and they've lasted me over a year. PRO TIP: If you run or workout, attach them to your shirt with a safety pin to keep them from slipping off and losing them!

I love my wireless headphones. They fit nicely in my ear canal, they easy to sync with my phone, and the sound is awesome. Worth the small amount I paid for them!

I got this half off and think it was well worth the price. Not the best sound, but fine for podcasts, easy to get started and use. I like that i don't have to worry about one ear bud falling out and getting lost.

I was looking for a good gym option and saw many reviews that mentioned these were a good fit. The sound is solid for the price range, but these really shine in the battery life. I use them for weeks of gym time before needing to charge them again, and I don't have any issues with them staying put as I go through various exercises.
