The main problem is that they do not maintain a steady Bluetooth connection to my phone when walking or working out. No matter which hand I hold them in the performance is spotty. Would not buy again and I really expected more from Sony.

Colossal Disappointment and waste of money

They paired easily but when I would switch to the phone, they wouldn’t power off until the call ended. Then, they just wouldn’t turn on anymore, even with a full charge. So, overall, colossal waste of money. They most irritating part is that I returned them before the one year mark and I didn’t get my money back on the geek squad protection. Geek squad is getting really expensive and apparently Sony doesn’t warranty their products for a year. Colossal Disappointment!!

With all the new germs picking up earbud after falling on the ground can infect you immediately.

Wireless Sony headphone

The neck piece is very flexible and bendable. Good for when working out. Very secure and Good for school age children especially while on zoom virtual school.

Poor quality product but great sound

While the audio and technology is spot on, sadly the build quality is quite poor. It’s been three weeks since I purchased this headphones and it’s already falling apart. Took it back to best buy who told me their return policy is for 15 days and I should contact Sony. Waste of time!
