Impossible to live with!!! Battery dies quickly! It's Return

Got the one battery is not work , have to return it.

Excellent sound quality and battery life! I unfortunately lost my last one but planning to buy them again since they are so great and the price is right.

Only hangup is I wish the cord was a LITTLE more rigid.

Best sounding earbuds I've had in this price range. Comfortable in the ears but the wire is a little more awkward than pairs I've had in the past. This would have been 4 stars until I realized it has a Type C charger instead of standard micro.

Beautiful sound separation. You can hear each instrument individually and it’s position in relation to the others. It’s like 3D audio. Louder and deeper bass on songs where the bass was emphasized in mastering. You can improve bass by adjusting levels on your phone to maximize to give the headset more to work with. Excellent battery life. It has gone days on one charge. Really fits smaller ears but you have to wear control on your left.

The Sony WI XB-400 wireless earphones are good when it comes to sound quality and the ease with which you can use it. I already have headphones, but wanted to buy wireless earphones so that I can carry them with ease, over to places while travelling or on the move. The sound quality is great for a earphones which cost less than $30. Sony's extra-bass is really felt with these, in addition to the sound being clear. Its design is also pretty neat, with controls that can be easily used while being minimal so that only a few set of buttons can accomplish different tasks. And it feels good to wear these, though I cannot comment on how feasible these would be when you take these out for a run, or you are wearing them while jogging/cycling, etc. (I think, with the neck band style, running with these earphones wont be that comfortable). BUT, NOW COMES THE IMPORTANT PART----WHY I HAVE GIVEN IT 2-STARS EVEN AFTER ALL THE PROS MENTIONED ABOVE------- There is a continuous STATIC WHITE NOISE PRESENT whenever there is some media playing. Even when media isn't playing, the static white noise is there, but it comes and goes (probably as you switch apps which are controlling the audio functions of mobile/laptop). This single, ANNOYING thing will completely ruin your experience with these earphones. I just bought them, and I have no idea why its happening. Usually with Bluetooth connectivity, use get something like "Interference" where many Bluetooth devices, if present in your vicinity, interfere with your device's Bluetooth signal (which really shouldn't since Bluetooth is very robust). Or it could be due to some obstacle. BUT, I have tested it (being isolated from other devices and no obstacles) and it still has this static white noise problem. Maybe its something hardware related (DAC, faulty piece, etc.), but I am not sure. I would recommend that you save and contribute more money for earphones which have higher price but don't give you this problem which is akin to having a constant itch at an unreachable place, which completely sweeps away all this device stands for in terms of sound quality and design. I am not going to recommend these to anyone looking for wireless earphones.

Comfortable, great sound, long lasting battery, recommend

It's workable for an everyday pair and has withstood heavy use so far, sound quality is what you get for the price, but that's expected of Sony. It's better for podcasts than music, as the range is kind of limited. It handles calls semi-well, things just sound a little overcompressed. All in all worth the purchase though, but Sony headphones do reliably work decently.

Great, only thing slides around all over neck. Needs neck band.

Loved these ear headphones. Pretty blue color is the frosting on the cake for these great performing "ear buds". Very easy to pair and the clarity is good. I wear hearing aids so I was nicely surprised by the auditory quality. Alas, as I used past tense "loved" in my lead off statement, I lost mine after only owning them for two weeks. The ear pieces have magnets so they can hang around your neck BUT I lost them in spite of the extra help. I was too careless. Probably will find them in my house one day. LOL Plan to purchase again

Decent sound, but dangling wires when working out and the earbuds fall out of my ears when working out.

After going through 3 Beats flex in 2 years because they kept breaking I decided to try these Sony headphones. I liked the ear fit and sound but right away I knew the rubber material of the beats was far superior as these kept sliding around. Sure enough after only 1 day I lost them while out running errands. Ugh, 60 bucks down the drain. Reluctantly going back to beats.

Have NOT been able to get it to sync to my iphone or mac.

I'm a little shocked that the reviews are so good. Don't get me wrong, sound quality is good, but the cable and controls are TERRIBLE. Way too long and heavy, making them flop around everywhere, and pull out of your ears. It doesn't help that the cable is flat and heavy, making it drag on your skin. Do they really need to be 30+ inches long? These are my third set of Bluetooth headphones from different manufacturers, and the only ones I absolutely despise I used them 4 days in a row, and ordered something different.
