I love these headphones. They connect easily and the battery is long enough for my liking. Most important of all is the piece that hands around your neck. It doesn’t hit or press on your neck, but it does keep them around your neck. Not a great sound quality though.

Thoroughly enjoy these!! Sound quality is pretty amazing in regards to both music and phone calls!! The cord can be a little in the way but I've come up with some pretty creative ideas to keep it hidden.

I thought that because it was Sony it would be something of good quality despite the low cost, but it was not so one of the headphones sometimes makes a sound that hurts my ear as if bursting an air bubble. I use them very little for the same reason only as in very necessary cases.

great little earpiece as I keep losing the expensive ones. Does what it's supposed too.

Listening to music is okay.. but the sound quality during a call is not good. Person I was on the phone with kept complaining that it sounded like I was in a hole and could barely hear me. Will be exchanging them.

XB400 sounds great, for about a minute. When my phone screen shuts off, Bluetooth disconnects! I've closed the power saver on my S20+ to no avail. Is there a fix, or do I need to return?

I would not give a 1 star had there been an option for "0 stars". Not a reliable brand at all. I had a different model of Sony headphones , and it broke by the hinge. Reached out to both US and Japan headquarters about the issue. Received a reply email stating that the Sony engineers agree that there is a defect with the product, but they cannot exchange it because it was out of warranty. If a product has a defect, and company admits it, then why does not matter what the purchase date it. Anyway I highly recommend to stay away from sony headphones in general.

I just purchased these headphones yesterday (Friday). The range is very poor. I was in my office and my phone was on my desk I walk to the back of the office they cutting off. I walk to the postage machine they cutting off and on. I'm going to use them Saturday. If I have the same issue with losing sound I will be returning them. Very surprised this is happening Sony is a good brand.

If you plan on using these for working out or any sports, PASS. I used for 3 months while riding my bike. I took extreme care. They obviouslu were exposed to sweat. After 3 months, they refuse to turn on. I charge fully, then they turn on but sht off in 1 hour and will not turn back on. PASS quality not there!

They are great!! I have small ears and they don’t pop out when I do my daily walks. Very easy to connect to my iPhone Bluetooth.

I bought these far working out in the gym. Well as a male, working out running and exercising, I sweat a lot. Once they got real wet from sweat, It made a loud continuous ping noise and they want charge. I would say they sound great, but not able to workout in.

Absolutely horrible headphones. The first few times worked great but then the battery life started to get shorter and shorter (as expected). Once I heard the "battery 50%" I charged them for about 2-3 hours. When I turned them on next, still said "low battery 50%". I tried to use them and after 5 minutes they turned off. I tried charging them over night assuming it needed more time and when I turned it on it said battery 75% and AGAIN died after 5 minutes of use. Charged them overnight again and when i tried turning them on it wouldn't even turn on. I tried multiple outlets, multiple battery ports, and it has no progressed to the battery light not even lighting up. Such a waste of money for only 3 uses. Would not recommend

These are perhaps the worst headphones I've ever had. The sound is ok, it's the fact they are literally impossible to run or even lift weights with. The design is terrible, the two clunky oversized pods on each side hang and slide all over the place and are a major annoyance. When lifting weights, I ripped them off after 15 minutes because I couldn't stand it. When running, I lasted less than two minutes. Completely unusable for exercise. Ok for people that walk around with a headset on for work all day or for listening to music on the chair or couch.
