You have to make sure that it is positioned on your neck correctly so that the speaker is not blocked otherwise people will tell you that you sound muffled. This is the only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of 5.

Sony Extra Bass Headset

A really good earbud set

It also works well with a string that can rest over the neck so the earbuds won’t easily fall off or get lost. As other had reviewed, indeed, the two small controllers on each side add some weight that tend s to pull the earbuds off. But it is manageable!
