Good quality, excellent value. Best Buy overcharged me. When I took the receipt to the store they claimed when I purchased them, they were not on sale. However, I am certain the price on the tag was a sale price. I bought several items at the time so the overcharge was not obvious. Wrote a letter and got no response. The next letter will go to the store manager and CEO.

Price was Great on sale. I bought a more expensive product and returned them because this item was just as good and way cheaper.

These earbuds sound better than the Beats by Dre earbuds that I owned. However, I can’t rate them any higher due to shorter chord. When not in use they constantly fall from neck and I’ve driven off leaving them in some parking lot somewhere.

Great sound, easy instructions. Nice little feature is they tell you the battery charge when you turn them on.

Sony is always right for it's sound and the price was very reasonable

These headphones are good. The sound is clear with some bass. They are not noise cancelling. You can hear the wind blowing when walking. They do not stay in my ears very well when speed walking but it could be just me.

The clear and crisp sound is better than expected. I also like the very long battery life which is great for long walks and bike rides.

I was leary about these, but I wore them on a trip. They did a great job blocking out airplane noise and the battery held up extremely well!

The sound on these headphones is solid. Good bass, good everything else. The provided tips allow it to be used by my big ears but also my wife's small ears, and the buds themselves are not heavy at all. Controls on the buttons work well and make sense. My one complaint is the length of the cable... combined with the weight of the buttons and mic this thing always wraps its way around my neck if I'm even speed walking, making it so I have to readjust them every few minutes. This may or may not affect you and there may be an easy fix, but worth considering for comfort.

I thought that these were great quality headphones, but I was hoping that the two things on the neck would help balance them on my neck better so they didn't move around as much. I ended up returning and getting something that had a stiff neck piece -- otherwise I really liked the product!

Decent headphones for the price. The sound is good but sometimes the volume is unstable. The battery life was excellent when I first got them but throughout the months it’s battery life has lessened.
