Still looking for a better product.

They tend to cut off for no apparent reason at times. Yes they do be fully charged (or close to it) when this happens.

Pairing is easy and automatic after that. The sound is good. The battery lasts for many hours of use and will hold charge while idle for weeks.

Great budget option with (almost) no problems

Only gripe I have about them is the battery life isn’t as great as I was hoping. But definitely one of the most comfortable earbuds I’ve used to date, for reference, my daily driver earbuds are the airpod pros, and in my opinion these are more comfortable and provide a better seal. Even without anc these do an amazing job at mitigating outside noise.

Good Headphone But Not Durable Long Term

The blue color looked sharp, the sound is good and they were a good value. He uses them everyday and likes them. However, the rubber casing one one of the earbuds is wearing off & cracking after only 3 months of use. I expected a Sony product to last longer. It's hard to find the time to pursue a warranty claim or take them back to Best Buy.

Good mic, but glitchy as heck

To Beats’ credit, they replaced it promptly. The second set remains glitchy- often disconnecting or switching to different devices. And the left ear runs at about 40% the volume of the right ear... except the rare occurrence when it operates normally. The only reason I haven’t thrown them out is because the microphone works better than any other headset I have.
