Lasted 7 months, right side deceased...not happy with this brand

These buds sound great. Good bass. Good microphone. Never lost Bluetooth connection. However, the dealbreaker for me was these things are impossible to exercise with, especially if you're running. The two pods, or whatever you call those things down on the cord, flop all over the place. Sometimes they'll both migrate to one side of your neck, pulling the opposite earbud out of your ear. These things are great if you just need something to commute with, but any vigorous activity will make you want to chuck these in the nearest river.

I bought these earbuds on July 9th. They stopped working on August 4th. They will no longer connect via bluetooth to my phone, I have followed all of the Sony troubleshooting instructions, did a complete factory reset on them, still nothing.

They couldnt find my recipt in the system and my email recipt would not scan so they couldnt accept them as a return. They are so uncomfortable i threw them away, and best buys return policy is garbage.

Super bad Item, I can not talk with people, it always has interference and I do not listen, I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this Item to anybody. Please send me the Sony phone number to claim my warranty

They were OK. Not a great design for staying on your ears for working out on a treadmill, but I made it work. Then they stopped working altogether after 4 months.

For the price and size, the sound on these is pretty good. They produce a lot of bass in such a tiny package. The only nit-pick I have is they wont stop playing if you attach the headphones together around your kneck with the magnets. I had a pair of Jabra headphones that would pause the music when I did this. Otherwise, great buy, especially if you get them on sale.

Very bad earphones. Cheep plastic. Despite Sony brand, the sound horrible and feel even worse. You are better off with something like Scullcandy. They sound much better.

Horrible sound for anyone who has loss of hearing. The sound is so deep it is hard to hear clearly.

Can't get it to work! I have tried charging them 5 times, no go. I have tried connecting them to my phone and 2-in-1 Galaxy A7 tablet...no go. FRUSTRATED

I absolutely did not like these headphones. I could hear my own voice when I was talking and you could hear it every time something hit the microphone.

Didn’t last one day. Speaker basically quit because of short in wire. Ughhh don’t have time to run up an down road to replace.

I thought these would be better quality than what they were. For Sony I have a high regard and hated that I spent any money in these

I did not satisfied because when I am listening music sound coming outside surrounded people can listen clearly the music and phone calls

Worst earphones I ever brought. The earphones make weird sounds when opening the apps. Waste of money, do not buy.
