I like the new controls and feel, The sound on the other hand, I was able to put my finger on Sony's "tier thing". These earbuds have to be up louder to produce the rich sound I get from a higher tier pair of buds. At low volume there is no seperation that is truly there until you turn these up nearing max level. I love Sony's tuning, but these will be relegated to working in the yard.

I’ve had a pair of high quality earbuds from Sony that eventually gave out after a couple years. I thought I’d try these since I had a great luck with the Beats Flex which are various similar. But this is absolute garbage.

The last two pairs I bought broke within a matter of months, with the wires fraying near the connection point with the buttons. I won't be buying again
