I had a $10 gift certificate, and when I returned the item, they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my $10 gift certificate back into my account. I never got it back. I would like that back and to be compensated for something else as well.

Well, this particular purchase requires to download the Sony app and create an account. Had I known I would not have bought these.

Sony earphones

It just recently broke so I wanted another one. This particular improved model does not seem to be of the same quality as the previous one. It appears to be more flimsy and the plugs themselves do not have a full stereo sound

I literally opened mine a few days ago, tried to make a call with it and the person I called complained about an awful noise the mic was making. Tried it again with a different person and same result. When they answer the phone you can barely hear the person

Not good sound quality

I ended up returning these and getting galaxy buds FEs. Theyre way more money but i have never loved a pa8r of wirless earbuds more!

Just OK.

I lost them so I replaced them with these, b/c I can't find the C310 anywhere.... The sound quality of the C100 is Just OK. The plus is they are super easy to use, light weight, and the charge lasts very long. Just a heads up - They DO NOT come with a charger. If I lose this pair, I would re-purchase the C100. Hope my review helps you.
