i really like the idea of wireless headphones, its nice to listen to music while cleaning or going for a walk, the problem is they can be easily lost because of their loose fit and how easily they wiggle around, i can only use them if i am not making sudden movements and so i don't use them as much as i would like, i wish the fit was a bit adjustable

For the price, they are decent audio earbuds if you don't need to move. If you move, they fall out of your ears. If you're buying these for phone calls, don't. The call quality going out is spotty at best and the audio quality is not good. But, they're cheap. So, you get what you pay for.

The sound is not good coming from the earphones. I bought two of them. One is really good but the other one is not good as the other.

I waited to write a review so i could give these a fair trial… out of 5… Sound quality is 4.75 Battery life is a 5 Wearability is about a 1.5 if you actually want to move… They continuously fall around to one side or the other or to your back, which constantly pulls the buds out of my ears. Great headphones if you're not trying to be active while wearing them.

Great battery life, decent sound. However, I've had the right ear stop working on 3 pairs in less than a year each time. I went to the effort of having Sony warranty one of them, which they did without any qualms. Debating whether to warranty this 3rd one or buy something 'better'.

The sound quality and microphone were ok. didn't take long to charge. I found that if I didn't use both headphones it slid behind my neck and whomever I was speaking to couldn't hear me very well. I wound up losing them because they do slide so much.

Mixed feelings about this product. The sound is really good for a fairly inexpensive Bluetooth e arbud set, true to Sony standards. However, even the largest rubber ear pad insert provided is too small and they fall out too easily when moving at all. Will need to find larger, 3rd party in-ear rubber pads to put on these earbuds so that I can use this without them falling out a lot. ALSO, why does this product make you download the Sony Sound Connect App when you pair the device the first time? You don't need this, it doesn't really do anything, Sony collects & shares your data as you must agree to the EULA & Privacy Policy, and it's 46 Megs of crap taking up more space on your phone. I'm uninstalling this App. If I knew this in advance I wouldn't have purchased these, so I say you should consider other products at least until Sony makes bigger, more secure rubber in-ear pads.

Headphones have a good sound quality, but microphone volume is very low. When on calls many people tell me they cannot hear me. I have to reposition the microphone to where it is directly in front of my mouth. But for the price range the sound quality while listening to music or videos is pretty good.

Great quality for its price. Single microphone got usually cover, people will not hear you good. Audio quality is decent, battery life is not great.

Battery life is very good, sound quality is acceptable for the price and perfect for podcast listeners, but the microphone is muffled and people can barely hear you during a conversation. Otherwise, good value for the price.

It unclear how to charge the headphone. Also it kept falling off my neck and out of my ear.

I bought this as a replacement to my headphones that died. I had these for about a week and they slipped off and I lost them. Not secure and I would not purchase again. Too easy to loose.

I owned a different brand, so it is comparable to this style. Compared to the other brand the sound quality on this one is poor. I got taken back once I heard what I thought was static, very minimal and barely noticeable in the background. Also when you need to wear only one earphone the whole thing just slides to one side and the other earphone reaches under your waistline. While the other earphone is in your other ear pulling out because of the weight and pull from the other end. Basically no way you can wear only one earphone unless you get a clip to clip the cable to your clothing and this doesn't come with the clip. Also, the cable moves around your neck so much because the bulk on each side is heavy and when you answer a call people can't hear you. You have to find the microphone wherever in your hair or neck is at and bring it to the front. "Can you hear me now" was used often. Compared to the other brand I owned, the other brand you can wear one earphone without any problems, answer calls, skip to the next song and not worry about tangling. This style was a more affordable replacement since I lost my other brand. Well now I lost more money trying to save it, because I spent money on this junk and now I am buying the same brand I had before. Pay extra $25 and get the other brand or just don't, its your choice at the end. Just for clarification "style" means this item and "brand" means the competition.

These earbuds are okay good sound for $20 my lasted 1 month before it stopped working in left ear still use it because its still better then wearing the job earphone.

You definitely get what you pay for with these headphones. The last pair of headphones I had broke, so instead of replacing them with the same pair, I decided to try a less expensive pair of headphones. The talk time wasn’t bad, but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the calls. They kept doing a thing where it sounded like I was a robot to the person I was speaking to. These would be good if you are only using them here and there, but I would not recommend them for heavy use.

They are not good head phones to talk to anyone but listening to music thats all

This is more of a question, I've had these headphones for 45 days and were great until today when they will not charge. The light flashes fast orange. Keeps hanging at 50%. I've tried factory reset and a couple of other suggestions but still keeps flashing orange and will not charge.

Affordable and with good sound, there are better options, but for the price, it's worth it.

bought for a long vacation and they survived the 3 week trip but not any longer.

I purchased this product before, but now it is of lower quality than it used to.
