Due I had the protection plan, I used the credit they gave me to buy the exact one again.

Just OK for the price

It was too flimsy and the sound had no base to it. the strap on the back of the next would slide off if one the ear phones was longer than the other. but for $30 it was OK. I would definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get something that has better sound and will stay on.

Not very sturdy

I tried to get the part from Sony, but was told it's not a part for which they have replacements. I also called the their part distributor and was told the same thing. So unfortunately, they're going in the trash. Very disappointing that it cannot be repaired. Seems such a waste. Also very disappointing that it broke so easily. I guess you get what you pay for.

Cord is solid but doesn’t feel heavy on neck. Pairs well with multiple device types including smart tv. Only wish it came with a fitted case or pouch.
