But phone calls and the microphone for these air buds is horrible. And I did not like the fact that it would not stay around my neck at all. anytime you bend over they would fall out of your ears

Experience loss of connection while listening to music, doesn't connect to phone calls automatically when on a call sound quality on both ends is not good. Most likely is a transition to a more expensive version (Bose or Beats) If you want a less expensive wireless headphones, give these a try, they're adequate.

It need those half collars for it to make it worakble. Made for a bad Xmas present, she never uses it and to late to return.

Hardly any bass when playing music, sounds tinny. Microphone isn’t any better, sounds echo-ey and faint to listeners, also lacks low tones. Didn’t even use it long enough to test the battery, but other reviewers seemed to like that. Took it right back to store for refund.
