It came fully charged and connects fast to my IPhone 8 Plus and my Apple Watch, however my iPad 5th gen does not recognized it. Overall I would recommend this headphone.

I don't work out, so can't help you there, but they don't fall out while I'm cleaning and "working from home" on the computer. Easy to work and connect to cell phone with no problems.

I had a choice between buying this or the Beats one. But i went with this because it was cheaper. it did not disappoint. the sound quality is amazing as well. My only issue is battery life. it wont last a whole day.
