Its says black. But they are gray...

Not black at all. They function very well, and this is a repeat buy for me as a testament to their value... my previous black set stopped working due to a microphone issue... however when I bought this set thinking they are black... they are GRAY! Why?? Sony packaging error somewhere along the way, gray.?!
