I had to return them becasue I mainly wanted them for running; it was really hard to put them in place and they would not stay in my ears for a long time as they are so heavy. They also look bulky. The sound quality is not that good.

These headphones suck! The sound quality is terrible (my son bought some $5.99 corded buds that sounded better). They don't stay in the ear well. They only connect to 1 device (if you have a pad & a phone you have to re-pair every time you switch). you MUST plug them into a computer to charge. I really don't understand this one, but I couldn't get them to charge by plugging them into anything except a computer. I tried several usb wall plugs that I know worked before & have worked after, but would not charge these headphones. Buy everything else Sony makes, but DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!

Earbuds are too large

The sound is great but these aren't really meant for smaller ears. Considering the price, I would think that you would receive a larger variety of earbud replacements.

No one on the other end complains when they are used for phone calls and they're easy to connect to your phone. Sony usually makes a good product. Not only would I recommend them to a friend, I did and he is happy with the purchase too.
