    Got for my girlfriend works great only reason for 4 stars is sometimes they struggle to pair with her phone.

    Excellent Earbuds and Excellent Service Best Buy!

    I purchased these earbuds online during sale at best buy for 50 bucks and man, for the price, you cannot get anything better. PLUS i never thought best buy can do amazon like service when it comes to online order but they did it even better as they sent me instructions on how to return too if i am not interested. Awesome job best buy.

    Amazing quality and good price after price check

    I love these headphones I lost them after a doctor's appointment and when I came back next week they were laying there in parking lot after it had rained a few days in a row I picked them up and saw I ran over them but they were not broken and still work like a charm Sony boy for life!!!

    The headphones started out great and the sound was awesome. After just a month or 2 they started to short out while I was working out. My phone was in my arm band on my upper arm so I know it wasn't distance related. I really liked everything about these headphones, but I'm leery to try them again for fear of having to return them yet again.

    Two pairs stopped working. Identical issue.

    The left earbud stopped working on two separate pairs. This took place just a couple of months after each purchase. Very disappointing as the earbuds performed well and fit well.

    Poor Bluetooth connectivity

    The problem I had with these was that the Bluetooth connectivity was poor. The headset would drop out every 15 seconds or so. The manufacture suggested putting the source (in this case an iPhone) close to the antenna, but that did not seem to solve the problem. They seemed secure in my ears, but I did not make it out of the house before the dropouts became too frustrating. I ended up returning them.

    I received the earphone as birthday gift from friend. The constant hiss noise in the background is so annoying. I don't understand why nobody talks about it. Since it is a gift, I won't return it. But still very disappointed.

    It works nicely when the phone is stationary, but when I put it in my pocket or take it with me it get interference or cuts on and off. Maybe its cause my phone has bluetooth 4.1?
