Had bought a cheaper version before and the ear cushions were too small for my husband. These are a little big, but not too big. I only rated a 4 b/c sometimes the sound doesn't kick in very quickly. You have to turn it off/on several times. Great product so far.

I was having difficulty understanding program dialog/dictation from my television because of hearing loss. With these headphones, I am not having a problem understanding the monologue of movies and sporting events.

He now listens to the TV in silence (for me) instead of BLASTING and driving me crazy. However, if you move or turn your head there is a terrible annoying ringing with this headset that I did not have in previous unit which I believe was Sony. I should have returned them for full refund!
