We bought an open box of these headphones after Best Buy assured us everything was in there. Come to find out , that was incorrect. Best Buy then did provide, free of charge, the cord/cable thingy that was missing. However, we still cannot get the headphones to work with the television we purchased the same day and that the salesman assured us would be compatible. So frustrating and of course my husband can't find his receipt. Hopefully other people have better luck getting them to work but not us.
