Have had Sony earphones before. These were upgraded & work just fine. So much easier for my husband to watch TV We are thrilled with our purchase

These headphones make TV watching with my hearing-impaired mom so much more bearable. She can hear everything she wants and needs without the rest of us suffering through the blaring volume.

I bought this item for my husband on our anniversary.. it is actually for both of us! I can now sleep soundly while he watches his shows/movies.. to another 28 year marriage! Thank you Sony and Best Buy!

Easy to use, connects to smart phones and even a Bluetooth transmitter plugged into a TV which the manufacturer was surprised that it would connect.

Husband loves the surround sound, wife loves not losing her hearing to a blasting t.v.

Got this for an older friend (70+) that enjoys watching tv but doesn't want his wife screaming to turn it down. Easy to setup, and easy enough for him to use without complication.

I have had sony headphones before,and they were great. I had them for years,but they were broken in a move. I tried a cheaper pair,and took them back after two days,and purchased the sony.

My boyfriend has these Sony earphones at his house and he thoroughly enjoyed them. So I bought a pair for my apartment and very happy with them as I am with many other Sony products

My dad has a hearing impairment and these worked great for him. He can now enjoy watching television and hear it as well as see it! Lightweight and do not hurt his ears as others have.

I purchased these as a gift for my mom so that she could enjoy TV at normal levels with "everyone else". She is very pleased and so is everyone else!

No problem with any kind of interference. We're are very satisfied with the performance of this product. Maybe a little bulky but without any problem when you wear it over you head

Worked good at first then couldn't get rid of static. Best Buy would not return because Sony said they couldn't be returned even you literally just bought them. Mine were 2.5 weeks old. Best But still has these on shelf and no mention of No Return listed anywhere. In my opinion do not buy this particular headset. After expressing my unhappiness multiple times Best Buy gave me in store credit.

I connected to cable box but that connection only allows me to use headphones with TV but not blue ray player.

Husband hearing loss is best assisted with this and I am able to hear TV at the regular volume. No more very loud TV so he can hear it.

We like them very much. My husband has a hearing problem and can use them with or without hearing aids. He gets better reception from TV with them.

I hate having headphones that simply sit on the edge on your ear canal. These over the ear headphones do the job nicely.

I wanted another Sony wireless. the one I have is 8 years old my hope is that the new one will last as long. Today when everything is, throw away. I look for durability and value. joann

the product accomplishes what I hoped it would. This is a replacement set as first ones ear piece(s) deteriorated and I could not find replacement ear coverings.

Could not get headphones to work tried switching tv's and was simply to set up still no use returned to best buy bought a cheaper headphone works wonderful
