||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent lots of time reading reviews and lots of time speaking to a magnolia technician who assured me this pair of headphones would work with my 1 week old Samsung 4k 65 inch TV which was right on the fools & technician even looked at back of the same TV I have & assured me no problem the headphones would hook up & work very easily. WRONG!!!! After spending lots of time on the phone with technical support from Sony I was told headphones wouldn't work unless my TV had an Audio output not a didgital output!!!! So once again I went back to Best Buy to return these & spoke to same Magnolia tech who recommended these & they had a blank look,on their face & said oh gee I never knew that!!! This is unacceptable especially when the Magnolia techs are supposed to be the smartest people to deal with when it comes to these products!!!! There must be some way I can make these headphones work but both the Magnolia team from Best Buy as well a support from Sony could NOT give me a solution!!! Very disappointed to say the least!!! If anyone has any solutions please let me know!!! Please remember tat the didgital output does NOT WORK & there aren't hardly ant tvs that supply an audio output!!!
