Will see how the return goes it's been a month so yeah you know the drill

I liked it so much that I wanted another. That model was discontinued so I bought what I was told was a similar model MDR-RF985RK May032014. Since it is a SONY I did not think I could go wrong. After setting it up on the other TV it did not play as well. The sound is sometimes muffled. I cannot sometimes get it loud enough. It is not as good quality as the first one. I went back to Best buy to look for a better model. I was told there was none. I always liked dealing with Best Buy in the past. How can it be that Best Buy has no other model that is better? What do you suggest I do? Maybe there is something wrong with the one I bought. Barbara Stout & John Scarlis

Store employee recommended the Sony brand so we exchanged first pair for the Sony pair. All we got was static when we hooked them to our TV. They were very comfortable to wear but we returned them as we couldn't use them with our TV. May have been our TV and not the headphones.
