I purchased the item for listening to my guitar, and the sound quality wasn't that great for what I needed. I returned them and purchased Sennheiser cordless phones and definitely would recommend these to my friends, which I have.

Needs fixing

If you have your phone near by it the audio will start to crack up. Changing frequencies is just a momentary fix until it starts happening again and this happens frequently. Being near your router also causes this issue too.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, is like to say the service I received in the Longmont, CO Best Buy store was phenomenally above & beyond. 5 stars for them!!! I have two major issues with the headphones: 1. Tons of static 2. Enormous & heavy Now, I know I bought over-the-ear headphones and they're definitely going to be bigger than earbuds, but omg these are like...the biggest headphones I've ever owned. Definitely not very fashionable. They're comfortable-ish, but after an hour of wearing them, my head and neck are exhausted! Yeesh! I'd feel better about their size if the quality made up for it, but it doesn't. The sound itself is crisp, clear, and warm. The static that comes through, though, is kinda outrageous. I guess I just expect wireless non-Bluetooth headphones in 2015 to not sound like the ones my Dad bought me in 1990. Especially for $109! I do have a TON of other electronic devices in close proximity to the base which might be causing the interference, but again, it's 2015. I have a lot of electronics that are perfectly placed and I feel like I shouldn't have to move them to get a clear signal. Kinda disappointed, but they get the job done if you don't mind static. Again, the Best Buy staff I worked with were AH-MAAAA-ZING and this was only one of two products available to choose from - absolutely NOT their fault at all!!!

If you don't have the receiver set just right, they won't work properly. If you bump the receiver , you start over. Simplistic instructions that don't cover all setup scenarios.

Exchanged it because he liked it, we will see if the second one last more than thirty day. Yes it was charged and it was on the correct channel, we checked all this before we exchanged it.

None of us could get the headphones to work...when not using headset, we couldn't get sound while watching TV without headset. Frustration led to return. Disappointed...hate having the sound at 60 because hubby can't understand what is being said.

I connected it to my cable box and it worked but there was a delay. I see the people talk but didn't hear the words until a half a second later. This got annoying really fast so I returned it.
