This item would not recognize my TV , so it did not work , returned to store .

Lack of tone control; Volume control not easy to use; Connectivity is limited; Head band not adjustable enough.

These headaphnes are being used while running on a treadmill. The sound quality and tuning is terrible when I'm moving.

Purchase item to listen only at night while family sleeps. The signal at first seems fine but after 20 minutes of use the base looses signal. The base starts to blink without Sound . Also to turn ON the base you would have to unplug the power from the back to reset. There is no on/off switch on the base. Poor engineering design and not worth the money spent.

Didn't work at all with the three tv'so I have at home. Waste of time.

I didn't like these. The base had to be hooked up to the TV and the headsets didn't fit me comfortably.

This is the fourth headset (this model) I have bought over the past 4 years. Still have the other three. They all work about the same. When u pause your tv you get really annoying static in your ears. You have to shut the headset off to avoid it. If you remember to do it. This is defintely the lower end for Sony's headsets.

We bought these so that I am not awakened by the surround sound stereo at night while my boyfriend is playing games and watching TV. The sound quality is pretty good. Even compared to our surround sound these earphones provide detailed sound that is controlled by the wearer. The distance is great. Our house is not big but there is no problem with interruption when walking through different rooms or even going outside. The battery life is great. My boyfriend pretty much watches TV all night (night shift worker) while I am sleeping and they haven't died yet. He is pretty good about putting them back on the charger when not in use. My only complaint is that they do not come with an adapter for different sized earphone jacks. For some reason I can't get the audio output to work with our surround sound and the earphone plug in is too small to fit the one on the front of it. I had to plug them directly into the satellite so they cannot be used with the rest of our electronics that run through the surroundsound (DVD, Xbox) unless they get moved around or until I buy an adapter for the earphine jack. You can still have the TV volume on outside of the earphones this way though. I am not sure but I think running them through the earphone jack will cause us to only be able to hear sound through the earphones. Pros: Great sound, range and battery life Cons: No adapter for the earphone jack

I like the whole basic concept but it's really annoying to listen to skipped sentences.

I could not get the headphones to work. When I called Sony tech support, the tech did not even try to troubleshoot. He suggested I take them to a warranty place to get them repaired. When I told them they were brand new and I thought maybe I just needed help making them work, he told me to just return them, which I did.

It's a lot interference on the headset, the radio doesn't work properly

It is not usefull for several tv 's. I can not use with netflix

Sound quality is poor. There are better options and cheaper.

Made all kinds of static, noise buzzes and clicks. spent a needless two hours getting nowhere. Even turned off the power to the house and hooked it up a battery run laptop. Same results. Returned it. Find it hard that Sony would put their name on it.

I bought this product open-box style which I don't know if that's matter or not. But when i put the headphones on, they felt cheap and rough, and the sound quality was horrible and had a lite ring or beep when you turn on the headphones.

First off, GET THE BB PROTECTION PLAN! Not just for this but for any electronics over $50 in cost. Granted I have 2 young kids but they did break my first set and with the plan, replacement was easy, took base & cords back with receipt and walked out with a new set. LOVE the fact that these have a feature where you don't need line of sight for transmission. I can walk into another room on the same floor and no sound loss. The ear cups are enclosed so I can hear it and they are adjustable so I can keep one ear uncovered easy if I want to listen for the kids. I use them in my bedroom to let my husband sleep if I want to watch TV or a Blu-Ray. They offer great sound for me and I didn't have to spend a ton to get it. In fact, I thought about upgrading and decided against it simply for the no line of sight sound feature, I really need to figure out the name of that. The battery lasts for days off the stand just watching for a few hours at a time and I don't need to treat them like glass.

Not a good product the voice crackles and goes in and out of connection. I would not recommend this product. I wuld have returned it but by the time I set it up the 15 day return period had been passed
