After our last call (yesterday), we realized that we needed updated Ultra HDMI cords. We honestly believe that this will solve our issues. When it is working, the sound is Wonderful.

Great sound, but sometimes have dropouts

It seems to be a somewhat common problem after reading reviews across the web.
