Speaker is easy to setup and connect too, however it will randomly change the volume control up and down without any change on my side. We went back into the store and they said we need to just buy a new one. Not a good product or customer experience.

It's a great device but I use it in my car and it's not loud enough

I was left with a broken heart three years ago. I went through multiple changes in my life and this little guy helped make my rough days a little better. Thank you, Sony team. I look forward to buying more products of this quality grade.

nothing fancy, sound quality so so, but not bad for the price.

I bought this for 84 year old with dementia. We downloaded all her favorite songs from the 1920'same and beyond. When she turned it on she cried happy tears and calls it her magic box because it gave her her memories and her life back.

I like the speakers but wish they were a bit louder.

Audio quality is grand and color is cute. It’s lasted me about five years now. Most Sony products I’ve bought have lasted me a good time and so I stay loyal to the brand.

I'm a non-techy person and I needed a speaker to connect to my phone for a presentation. It was easy to use and served well for what I needed. I wish it had a bit more power but perhaps my recording wasn't strong enough. Anyway - it worked.

It's ok. My hdmx flow works a lot better!! The sound quality on this one is good and I got it on sale so I'm not upset about the purchase.

My 3 granddaughters, with a 5 year age span, requested one of these speaker for Christmas in a different color. It isn't often I can buy them the same item, especially one that they were all thrilled to get.

When I first bought this it worked great, surprisingly loud for such a small speaker, but after a month of use there was a noticeable decrease in volume at its max setting.

good sound from a unit this size, have not used as much yet as I have planned. Look forward to using more in the future

I needed a stocking stuffer and read some great reviews about this product. I gave to a friend to keep in her kitchen. It paired easily and she was enjoying when I was last there.

I purchased 2, one for each of my kids. They both love it, and every once in a while they'll connect the two and play their music twice as loud. Excellent speaker for the kids.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend because I was impressed by both its size and the quality of sound it put out. My friend really likes it, so I'd definitely recommend it.

I mistakenly purchased this thinking it could also be used as a Bluetooth speakerphone. Decent speaker but I had to return it to get something that had microphone and speakerphone capability.

This is the 2nd one i bought, so I could use the pairing option. It works well and intuitively and can be done to make the audio "stereo" or just to have double the volume.

This is my first Bluetooth speaker. I purchased the Sony speaker as a gift and I am surprised at the sound when my friend played some music from her cellphone. Great!!

The sound is a bit tinny, but it travels well since it is small. Also, it works fine in an average sized room. We used it for our Amazon Echo.
