I am totally disappointed as the volume automatically adjusts to what is deemed appropriate and I have the inability to increase to a level that can be heard well enough. Sounded loud in the store. I am listening to talk radio & wanted it to be louder than my Ipad speaker. Wish I could return but already threw the packaging away. So sad I purchased it! I might contact Sony and see if they will refund my money.

To resolve the issue, turn off the speaker and charge the battery. NOTE: The charge indicator of the speaker flashes slowly in orange if the battery level of the speaker is low. •A device is connected to the AUDIO IN terminal of the speaker. To resolve the issue, turn up the volume of the connected device. Oscar.
