I bought this speaker as a gift for my daughter who was always borrowing mine which is not a Sony. She loves music, maybe a little too much sometimes. the unit has very good sound quality for the type of music she likes which covers a wide range of taste from sound tracks to today's modern hits.

This is a very nice little speaker that I got for my home office because I didn't want or need a large one like the larger Sony speaker we have in our Family Room. It has nice sound, especially for its size, is really portable for taking on trips or for outside, and seems pretty sturdy. You really could just pop it in a bag and go because it's not heavy. I had no trouble pairing it with multiple devices. It wasn't worth taking off a star for this, but the only small gripe I have is that the controls for on/off and increase/decrease sound require that you push on a "spot" on the body of the speaker. Maybe because mine hasn't broken in enough, but it seems that sometimes you have to press really hard to activate the spot. Other than that, it's very functional and attractive on my desk.

Very good sound from a small and inexpensive speaker. Battery will last all day at work.

How can something this small sound so good. My parents always told me to go for the small packages - they tend to deliver the best surprises. My folks once again were correct. The Sony XB10 is the most amazing little gadget I have ever owed. I want to purchase another one. Amazing !!

Simply put, for the amount spent, this speaker does the job. Don't expect nose quality audio but if you are looking for an inexpensive speaker, go ahead and buy.

I purchased this speaker to use when riding my bike, but the sound is good enough that I have used it while working on my deck and while working in the garage. The sound from this small speaker surprised me and the volume was loud enough that my neighbors could hear it.

My wife needed something small but clear for work so I did some checking and read a bunch of reviews on this particular speaker and everyone was right the volume is very high the clarity is very good reception on picking up the Bluetooth from my wife’s phone is excellent

Serves the purpose of what I bought it for. I placed mine in the bathroom to listen to music at a low volume. I'm considering getting another one for the kitchen. It's actually a little bit louder than I thought it would be. Haven't tried to do so but I would be careful to play a song with a lot of bass at a heavy volume just to be on the safe side. Other than that, I highly recommend this.

The Speaker looks great and is very easy to use. It has a pretty good Punch when it comes to sound for something so small. My wife and I use it mainly for traveling with our toddler so that we can play white noise through our phones. worked out great for us.

I bought this for my dad because he is always complaining about not being able to hear his phone speaker on videos. It works perfectly for supplementing his phone. It is capable of filling a room with decent quality sound for either music or speech although there are better suited products if that is your desired application. As a you tube or bathroom speaker, it is exactly what he needed.
