I am sure it is fine but for a gift it just looks poor. I tried it in the store and it does pack a decent punch for its size though

Once I got it home the volume just was not loud enough. So we returned it. The price and the shape and style were great I just didn’t have very much volume

The source is less than 12 ft away on the other side of the room. Other cheap BT speakers like a $10 special from Bed Bath Beyond plays a lot better from even greater range

We are sorry to hear what happened. In this case, you may try to reset the Bluetooth speakers to factory default settings to fix your issue. Check this link on how to do it.

This was used with Pixel XL phone using Slacker. I can not believe the sound this was producing. Clear highs and great lows for such a small speaker. I tried different genres of music and each one was just as crisp and clear as the last. With many hours of battery life I will be enjoying this portable speaker on many outings for a long time to come. Standard micro USB charging makes it easy to find somewhere to juice it up (car, home, office or even battery pack). I would and will get this for friends and family who enjoy a great sounding speaker without having to struggle with size. Options include: play/pause, volume up and down, power button for on/off as well as sync. All encased in a black on slight grey pattern
