Volume too low

The problem is the volume is way too low on this speaker. I can get better volume on the phone itself than the volume from this speaker. But it’s cheap and it works.

Love this little speaker

I also own several JBL speakers ( like 6 ) However, I have slowly started purchasing Sony speakers and love the sound quality and battery life is easily better than Bose or JBL compared with similar sized speakers.

A little disappointed, however good enogh for that price. Battery last for ever, confy to tale everwhere

Thanks for commenting. While we are glad to hear about your satisfaction with the long-lasting battery life, portable design, and reasonable price of your XB100, we are sorry if its loudness didn't live up to your expectations. For the loudness as well as the sound quality of the speaker, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. You can turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device to isolate the problem. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.
Additionally, the SRS-XB100 can also be paired with another SRS-XB100 if you want an even bigger sound.
