The sound may become low when the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only and when the ambient temperature of the speaker is high. You can isolate the issue by turning the speaker off and charge the built-in battery sufficiently. Test the speaker again. Sony speaker but not Good for price low sound

I’ve had alter landing speakers louder and more solid bass. One positive I can say is that the design of the speaker is nice
