Thanks for commenting. While we are glad that to know about your good feedback with the great sound quality of the XB100, we are really if its loudness didn't live up to your expectations. For the loudness as well as the sound quality of the speaker, this usually depends on the source that you're playing and audio device that you are using. You can turn up the volume of the speaker and the connected device to isolate the problem. Also, take note that sound becomes low while in use when the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.

Additionally, the SRS-XB100 can also be paired with another SRS-XB100 if you want an even bigger sound.
