Good price low volume

We're truly sorry the volume is not working as expected on your XB100 speaker, we'd love to help you resolve it.
Firstly, make sure the volume level is high enough on the playback source and make sure the speakers has enough batterie.
Then, press and hold the power button on the speaker for 8 seconds while it is off to restart it.
Lastly, while the speaker is turned on, press and hold the – (volume) button and the BLUETOOTH button until the speaker turns off (5 seconds or more) to do a factory reset.
We hope this helps with the volume as it should definitely be louder than the phone.
