Posted .Hi JonathanD, We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry if the sound of your Bluetooth speaker is not as loud as it did before. The sound may become low when the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only and when the ambient temperature of the speaker is high. You can isolate the issue by turning the speaker off and charge the built-in battery sufficiently. Test the speaker again. Sony speaker but not Good for price low sound

I’ve had alter landing speakers louder and more solid bass. One positive I can say is that the design of the speaker is nice

A fun way to practice music.
