They were on sale since the second gen came out. They were $49.99 Yoi cannot beat that price for these speakers. I have multiple sony products and would highly recommend this speaker for anyone.

Loud, extra bass, can have up to like 10 bluetooth devices connected at one time, and the lights are such a plus. A+ all around.

I happened to luck up and get this speaker while it was on sale for $80. I think it’s worth about $100. If it goes on sale for anything under that I’d by another to link the two.

These are fun. Beyond the other brands these will link together. You can link up to 10 units in your house. Very cool.

I always trust in Sony on giving good quality product and the XB30 delivers. The only thing I did not like was that you cannot control the lighting unless you have their music app.

This speaker is pretty good the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the base even when it's not on extra base mode can sometimes be to much. Other then that it's pretty good.
