The sound is great with enough bass to give it a rich sound effect. Sometimes it disconnects from my laptop without warning. I am not sure if this a laptop issue or speaker issue. However, i can reconnect it in few seconds... and it doesn't disconnects too often so, I love it. Great product.

Next day the xb40's went on sale so I traded in the xb30 for the xb40's and haven't regretted since. The sound is awesome. I have used them at work and daughters softball games. Everyone is so jealous. If your on the fence about getting this then get off and go get them.

We used it at his crawfish boil party which was outside but covered. I decided on this speaker over the waterproof models as sound quality was my greatest consideration. We have enjoyed this speaker for over a month now and it is easy to sync with your phone and sounds great.

Great first Real Bluetooth speaker !

Once you connect, it’ll ask you to download it’s 2 apps that goes with it so You can control the lights and be the Dj! Only thing is the Bluetooth connection will be spotty at times but that’s it ! Overall great first real speaker !

I couldn't give 5 starts because its not very loud for a big speaker and sound quality goes down and bass fades as volume goes up .sounds better with pop music ,rock music not so great . It has good bass and mid's but wish for better high's . On the plus side it has great bass at certain volume and no matter where you put it it still has great bass .would recommend it if you get it on sale.
