I went in to purchase a different speaker. After talking with the Best Buy guy who owns this speaker, I took his advise and made the purchase. I love it. The sound is amazing.

This speaker was purchased to be used through multiple platforms. It has since been used in multiple capacities, and exceeded my expectations in all of them. Great product!

The speaker serves two purposes. The music is crystal clear and can reach significant sound levels without distortion. On top of that, it is visually appealing to look at.

This bluetooth speaker replaced a smaller, cheaper cube model blutooth speaker. Worked great right out of the box. Connected to iPhone in less than a minute and playing tunes. The flashing lights are kind of cool. The extra bass feature will appeal to some, it does slightly distort the sound to me when this feature is enabled. The unit is durable and says it is water resistant (though I have not put that to the test yet.) The quality that you would expect from the Sony brand. There is a iPhone app that allows you to remotely control the speaker but I have not tried that as I haven't found the need for the ability to do that.

This sony speaker is the bom I was very enthused when I connected my phone to my speaker the sound was crystal clear I love my speaker I make the right choice.

I bought this as a gift for my wife, but I end up using more than she does. It connects easily and has a good sound for its size.

It is Amazing! The way it lights up. It's so funky. And the sound is so incredible. I use it everywhere. In my kitchen, the bathroom as I shower, my yard etc.. love it.

I like this speaker. I t definitely has lots of bass. Lights are good for parties, but not other times. They can be turned off with the app though, but who really wants to have an app to control speakers.

This was a Christmas gift for my Grandson. It beat all his expectations ! Everyone was pleased with the quality of sound and extra features of this speaker.

Sony boom box stands out in crowd. They did an amazing job with this one and it's quality. Sounds louder and better then the average boom boxes within this size.

This blue tooth speaker has awesome sound with crisp highs rich midrange and booming base. I can't believe the sound that this speaker is able to produce.

I like the Sony speakers for outdoors things the only issue is I am trying to regulate or take the brights light off. They have good sound and quality.

really like these Sony XB40 speakers. Sound nice, and the lighting is cool as well. Own 2 of them, wish i had 2 more.

It works pretty good in a machine shop i could hear it over loud op.

This is great for camping, fishing, the beach or just sitting outside. The only thing I wish is that it had a handle for carrying. I take this everywhere.
