    Love the sound quality, and they stay connected to my phone without issue. The only negative is the look. They fit well inside my ears, but the attachment on the outside are large and strange looking.

    Easy to charge, easy to sync. Pictures in the manual were scarce as how to fit in the ear properly, but after figuring out that you insert and twist until the holding guide pops in almost automatically, now it's easy and quick. Sony engineers win again.
