Love these! I use them for long periods of time and they do not bother me at all.

I am not a fan of these headphones as I had trouble getting them in my ear. When I finally did get them in, they were uncomfortable. The sound was ok with decent bass and they paired easily with my S7. I decided to return them only after a couple of days.

Love these headphones! Worth every penny. Battery life is excellent and the sound is amazing. Can't hear a thing when I have them on. They don't slip out your ears if you have the correct size tips for your ear. Would recommend

The headphones are not comfortable. Hurts after 30 minutes or so. The wire is always in the way when I move my head worse if I am wearing clothes with collar. Good range, volume and sound quality.

I picked these headphones for my birthday knowing the quality Sony is known for. Sound quality is good for this price point . The problem is the mic. People cannot hear me when talking on the phone. I have to take the mic side out of my ear and hold it nearer my mouth before being heard. Best Buy's return policy is 15 days from the date received (online order). That 15 days expired 13 days before I actually received it as the gift. Therefore, I could not return it and will have to go through Sony for service. Ugh!

Have only had them for about a week but the sound clarity is very good and the Bluetooth connected right away. We did however remove the inner ear cushions because they were uncomfortable and made them hard to put in the ears of my 14 year old.

I have owned many pairs of in-ear headsets, and I am pretty impressed by how well these stay in place during vigorous activity. So far Bose and Sony have been the only manufacturers able to make arch supporters which can keep the ear buds secure during workouts. I wish there was a one-size-fits-all with respect to headset comfort/fit, but everyone will have their preferences. Since this headset has NFC (one-touch connection) technology, pairing was a breeze. The voice notification was a nice touch to confirm the connection. I liked how well the arch supporters helped hold the earbud in place and created a seal to improve the bass. However, it seemed as though the strong bass sacrificed the mids and highs. Just like all my other wireless in-ear headsets, I could hear the cord rustling on the back of my neck while playing music at low volumes or between songs. This could be prevented with a wire harness like the Jaybird X2 uses. When I used these to make phone calls, I was told I sounded far away or in a tunnel. Just to be fair, I get the same comment when I use my Jaybird X2. Unlike with the Jaybird X2, I was a little surprised that the sound would drop for a half-second while running, although this happened rarely. I would not recommend these for easy listening or everyday use due to the lack of mids and highs.

Bought these for son asking for bass ear buds he can workout in. Does the job well!

I got these as a Christmas gift for my son, and he seem to just love it. He uses it all the time. Only draw back is he doesn't hear him self so he talks really loud

Hqd headphones but broke after a while. Had them as a gym pair and over time they just gave out. Overall they are ok but if it wasn't for insurance I would have had to buy new ones.

Bluetooth connection was fast and the buds stayed in place.

The bass of this product is good. But I am not happy with the connectivity since I need to reset each and every time to connected to a different device
