The music sounds great but the person cannot hear you when you receive or make a call. The position of the mic on this is in a bad place. I would not recommend this at all. It was to bad I bought it for my hubby as a Xmas gift.

Brought these at the height of covid because I needed a new headset for exercise but all phone calls. People on the other end had all kinds of problems hearing me. Brought them back.

I purchased these for my brother who works in Landscape. The did not last long only a few weeks and the audio was not as expected for a sony headphones. The mic was the worst part to him.

I usually like to review products positively but I found it difficult to do that with these headphones. I had to return them about a wee after use as the signal would cut out frequently and I would hear a static type of sound when using them. I troubleshooted the issue multiple times and there wasn't a really a fix for these issues.

I have a pair of $10 wired headphones that sound better than these. Music sounds very muddy with the overpowered bass. These are the only wireless headphones I've tried but I'm going to stick to wired until the technology catches up and is more affordable.

They were bulky and heavy and in many cases the microphone would fail to pick up my voice unless i took one of the ear-buds out and held it to my mouth.

I like the sound but the microphone when making calls breaks out really bad. For music they are good not so much for calls

Bought this headphones with a lot of expectations and excitement, they stopped working before the year warranty. Went to Sony troubleshooting site, followed all the steps, still not working! Sony, how can I sent this back to you and get a working unit?

Bought these for our granddaughter who is 19 years old. She didn't like the overall product so we returned them. Not saying that someone else would absolutely love them; just not the right fit for her.

This is a decent headset but it’s mic is weak! Many a person tell me that they can barely hear me. I just purchased a beats wireless (2nd time) to replace!

I purchased these from Best Buy. Initially I bought BEATS for much more $$$ because I purchased these from Best Buy. Initially I bought BEATS for much more $$$ because my daughter said they were very good. I am a big BASS lover. Although, the Beats over the ear are great, their in ear headset pales with bass compared to the Sony Extra Base in ear headset. I was totally surprised. My daughter likes more treble less bass. So the Beats in ear headset worked for her. The Sony headset worked fine until I received a call. The person on the other line could barely hear me. My hubby has the Sony headset and didn’t have this issue. He paired mine to his Android (I have an IPhone). He called on the home phone using his and my headsets. I could hear him perfectly on his but it sound like he was in a hole using mine. I initialized and reset my headset to no avail. So, I took the headset back for a replacement without issue. Tried the replacement with the same results. My hubby asked did I charge them first. No, I didn’t. There was no red light so I didn’t think I had to. SOLUTION 1) Charged the headset for the 2hr and 30 min timeframe 2) Reset (connected to a powered on laptop, pressed the power and ‘-‘ button together) 3) Re-initialized (disconnected from the laptop, turned the headset off, held down the power and ‘-‘ button together for 7 seconds when the indicator flashed 4 times) The microphone worked fine after that. I called the person who said they couldn’t hear me. They could hear without issue. That was probably the issue with the other one as well as some others who’ve experienced this issue. I hope the solution above will help others. RECOMMENDATIONS 1) It should come with a case especially for the price. My hubby got his for $39.99 last year. I paid $78.00 and that was with a price match of only $1.99. 2) it would be nice if the cord was a little longer and adjustable. 3) The mic should be placed on the cord vs on the ear bud. For people who have big cheeks don’t cover up the mic thus possibly muffling the sound. I nor my hubby have big cheeks so it works fine for us. I am enjoying these headsets and they are noise cancelling. I can’t hear anything in the room when using these. I love them so much,I’m letting everyone know about my experience. Also, I saw from other reviews on different websites that the button may fall off (the same happened to my hubby last year). Because of this, I bought the 2 yr replacement warranty. My hubby did too and he received a replacement with no hassle and hasn’t had an issue since.

Sound quality is ok - nothing great. I would say there are other much better wireless headphones which one can get at similar price range. I bought it as gift and feedback I received was nothing great
