This review is mostly a reflection of Sony's customer support, the headphones were not pairing up so I called customer support and after an hour on the phone with the tech support and trying to turn it off and then on again a few times he concluded that I have a faulty piece and I should return it to Best Buy and get a new one.

could not get them to sink well with my phone .Took them in to Geek Squad They could not get them to work properly volume would not come up.

Mic is aweful. People can't hear you on the other end. Bulky but stays on your ear

I've now had these for over a year, and I use them EVERY DAY - for both exercise and entertainment. Love the extra bass, and it's good for noise canceling. No feeling of weight on the buds, even while running. They have NEVER fallen out - snug and solid! I've jogged at gyms, at home, and skated outside with these things (watch out - you won't hear cyclists coming up behind you!) At night, I hook them up to my TV so I can watch stuff without rousing my roommate. I'm no music connoisseur, but I like these. No buttons have broken or anything, and battery life is awesome. Bluetooth also connects a good distance away (my roommate has a different brand whose signal doesn't reach very far). Wins all around for me!

Sound quality wasn't the best. I was surprised considering I own Sony products. I wouldn't recommend.

Sounds is good but Bluetooth range is like if you put phone in pocket it does not reach So I just don’t used it

This product has a great bass line, but not worth purchasing. Fell apart after 2 weeks.

Microphone doesn't work if u plan to talk on the phone. The sound quality is okay,, too bulky but you get what you pay for

This headset was heave and very unbalanced when in the ear. Caused my ears to hurt after awhile of wearing

I bought it for a Christmas gift. I couldn't expect her to keep it. It's big and uncomfortable. She put them in it looked painful. I returned 2 weeks later ( 1 week after christmas) they said too bad

I’ve owned several great Sony products, this isn’t one of them. I regret my purchase for the following reasons: - uncomfortable in the ear - hard to put in the ear - sounds tinny - battery takes a long time to charge - charge does not last the 8.5 hrs as advertised - too bulky -

This was my third pair and I highly don't recommend in using these if you work out and sweat a lot. They stopped working in April after I finished a spinning session. It's able to charge but it does not turn on. Had the same thing happen with the last pair I had. Definitely not water proof. Not worth the 80 dollars.

Not really satisfied because they won't really stay put in my ear and if I start to sweat a little forget about it .

Did not fit my in my ears. Hated the chord. Kept falling off my neck.

If you are looking for a good pair of earbuds for working out, then this should be right up your alley. The sound quality is really good for the price of these earbuds, but isn't top tier quality (which was expected). The earbuds come with different sized earpieces. in small, medium, and large. The default medium size fit my ears just fine, but you can change them out depending on how your ear is shaped. Connecting them to devices is pretty simple and I haven't had any issues connecting them to my devices. A voice tells you when they are connected to the device, which makes it easy. The cord that goes around the back of your neck is a good size; not too long or short which allows for good mobility while working out. The earbuds are not noise canceling, but do a good job of drowning out background noise. I can still hear people slightly when I have the volume at the lowest level. There are two buttons on the earbuds; volume up/down and power. The power button also acts as a way to pause your music, which is nice instead of taking them out. I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for a decently priced pair of wireless earbuds. They are great for working out and clean up easily.

Kept falling off ears, even adjustment were made according to ear size.

when talking in the phone no one can hear me so I have to put the phone close to my face . Not good
