Great phones, wish it came with carrying case
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: - Great fit - Great sound - Love the extra ear pieces to make it fit just about anyone (I tried with my kids, and their ears are just small enough it was hard for them to wear) but any other user should have no problem customizing the fit. Cons... - wish it came with a carrying case to store them and the charging cable when not in use.

Very Poor Range
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great bass but poor Bluetooth range. The moment I put my phone, Samsung Note 8, in my pocket or on my belt clip I lose reception. For that reason I give them a 1 star.

Did not feel fit comfortably in my ears
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received as a Christmas gift that I had chosen for myself. Upon trying to use them, they did not fit comfortably in my ears so I returned them to Best Buy. Was only able to get a store credit because I did not have them back by the 15th of January. Not happy, so am not planning on buying any more items from BB.

Simply great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Sony - XB50BS Extra Bass Sports Wireless In-Ear Headphones exceeded my expectations. Kudos to your Sony technicians for designing this "Mighty Mouse". This earplug has bass muscle. The design is esthetically cool, tough and efficient. Over time I simply grew tired of the competitors devices that were nothing more than chandeliers or fish hooks hanging from the ears that eventually break-off or stop working. Everything about the Sony - XB50BS is good. The fit is good and the function buttons are right where they should be in the ear piece. Voice sound of phone calls has never been better. The music quality, volume and bass is awesome. Finally, I can immersed myself into the sounds of some awesome jazz, pop, neo soul and gospel music. I must not forget to mention, the price was very reasonable. You could go out and buy a much more expensive blue-tooth ear plug. But even the expensive competition ear plug blue tooths would be hard pressed to match the awesome sound and sturdy elegance of Sony - XB50BS.This is a great product. I'm glad I purchased it.

not a good buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these for a friend that works in a factory. When he would call me from work, I could never hear him clearly and they would fade out. So we returned them for some skullcandy headphones that works great.

Did not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like Sony products, so I bought these headphones instead of Power Beats ignoring strong recommendations from friends, but they did not work for me, they just wouldn't charge and after spending 2 hours with the customer support I decided to just return and get the Power Beats.

Great Sound, Not for Running
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the best sounding earbuds, wired or not, that I have ever owned. And I have been through a lot of buds. However, I have had three pair of these fail and I have given up on this model. No more for me. 1st Failure: failed to charge. This happened before I started running, so it wasn't a moisture damage issue. Apparently you MUST charge these using a USB cable connected to a computer. If you charge them using a power block, they can become damaged. This is what happened with the first pair. I contacted Sony and they sent me a replacement. Excellent service from Sony. 2nd Failure: I think this was sweat damage from running. The case actually separated into two pieces on one side. Sony sent me a replacement for these also. So no cost on my part, just annoyance for having to deal with it. 3rd Failure: static, can't decrease the volume, and then failure to charge. I always charged these with my computer, so I am pretty sure it was sweat damage. I tried to clean them with rubbing alcohol, and that worked temporarily but then I ran in them again and the same problems returned. Now I can't use them because they won't charge. On a side note, my wife has a pair of these also and didn't experience the problems I have. But she doesn't coat them in sweat three times a week. That said, the power button on hers fell off and now she has to use a pen or pencil (or the tip of her fingernail sometimes works) to stick it in the hole to turn it on and off. I have seen others report the same problem, so I think this is a common defect. I think the charging issue is a common defect also, so if you buy these, only charge them with a computer. If you are not a runner and/or don't sweat on them, I would not hesitate to buy these. I really wish these could be more reliable for my use case, because I really love how they sound. So now I am on a search for something that sounds as good, is more reliable and doesn't cost $200. It shouldn't be so hard to achieve, but it is.

doesn't connect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these blue tooth earbuds for my son for Christmas. Now, he tells me that the ear buds fail to connect to his cell phone. He even went to Verizon and the representative couldn't connect his phone to the earbuds. Very Frustrating!
