These ear buds didn't work well for me. I tried using them several times and the person on the other end said I was fading in and out, and they could barely hear me. I could hear them just fine, but no one could hear me. My other issue was that the ear buds would not stay in my ears, they kept falling out. I was using the smallest ear buds available. Really wanted these to work out.

These headphones are great for newbies in the bluetooth category looking for some extra bass.

These headphones are great for the price, have solid sound, and help to block out external noise, especially if you are using these outdoors with equipment and such. The reason for the low rating is I have only had these for about 6 months and already the usb plug cover will not plug in (to be expected) but worse, the rubber coating on the sides has become dislodged. So any sort of waterproofing these had is now gone. What I bought these mainly for is outdoor use and needed headphones I knew could withstand sweat or rain. For this to not even make it a calendar year without falling off makes me think there is not a great build quality to these.

I like these earbud. They connect very quickly and the sound quality and volume is good. The only complaint that i have is that the microphone doesn't pick up my voice - I sound very muffled. If you are just listening to podcasts and music, these are great - just don't get them as a calling accessory.

Good sound, good battery life and no problems with Bluetooth connectivity. However I have had the volume/selection button and the power buttons fall off.

So basically I been a Sony fan for long day forward. And had many of Sony headphones for a long while. But as my first Bluetooth headphone from Sony was this. As I was debatable about this product it sure proved me wrong and honestly is worth the money The sound quality is just remarkable! Weather your new or old to the headphone industry Sony won't let you down with these I promise!!!!! Get them!!!

I bought and returned these the same day. They do not have a secure fit, especially during workouts. The sound quality is ok, but not great. I've bought plenty of other wireless earbuds and most of them aren't up to par on the sound quality compared to wired earbuds. That is something that I think every company will need to figure out. From other wireless earbuds that I've tried (as far as sound is concerned) these are pretty solid. But I hate having to constantly reinsert an earpiece because it fell out. If these had the extra security of earloops, I would've kept them.

These earbuds are actually really nice with good sound and a fairly comfortable fit. I really like them, except for one thing, THERE IS NO CLIP! Each bud is comparatively heavy and will pull the other off your neck if it is not perfectly balanced. There is no clip to attach it to your clothing. Why would you go through the effort to design good earbuds and not take the simple initiative to put a clip so the buds don't fall off? Would've been 4 or 5 stars but can only going to give it 2 stars because I won't have ANY music when they're lost!

I have several BT headphones and have never had any issues regarding reception. I was looking for earbuds with good battery life and selected Sony over others in this price range given their reputation. The headphones connected immediately, sound quality is good, but I am very disappointed in the range. While walking on the street if my phone is not directly in front of me the sound cuts out or the BT gets disconnected. This includes placing the phone in my coat or back pocket. I expect more from Sony.

Hi all. Strong Bass. Connects to my Ipod Nano and Desktop PC(BT Connection)

Hooked up to my Pixel 2 XL and I could not believe the sound. Much better than the JBL and Bose Soundsport for a lot less $$. Only thing I was hoping for was the red color at my local Best Buy. I love rich warm bass... With these, you get it.

Works great for walking, elliptical and even running. Sound is great but unfortunately can’t adjust the volume due to the button breaking off so easily.

These headphones sound good, but are not put together good. I currently have tape holding the casing together on the side you plug in. I am super careful with these headphones, since they are so expensive and have had issues with both pairs I owned cracking around the place you put the charger. Today the new pair have cracked fully and the plate with the earbud has fully separated from the headphones. I cannot recommend headphones that have broken, especially since I have already given the headphones a second chance.

This Bluetooth does NOT connect to Siri. I spoke to Sony directly and they told me none of their products will connect to Siri yet the discription says it's compatible with iPhone. To me if something if compatible with iPhone, that means it's compatible with Siri. You can't make hands free calls at all. You can accept them, but can't make them. For the price of this item, I'm appalled that I can't do something as simple as making a call using my head set. Ive bought $5 no name head sets that allow you to connect to Siri. They keep breaking so I figured I'd spend the money and get a good pair. The sound quality is good for music and OK during a call. However, the person kept telling me that I was very muffled. Im pretty upset. The point of the Bluetooth is so I don't have to keep going back to the phone directly. Very disappointed. If you just want them for working out and don't care about making calls, these will work for you. Otherwise I would go with something different.

I always look for bass in a set of headphones or ear buds. I was intrigued by Sony's 12mm drivers in the buds, much larger than normal like the discontinued Sol Jax buds had. The frequency range also seemed impressive. I was worried ahead of time about the size of the thing protruding from the ear though. The "arc supporters" and the balance of the unit helped it fit well, even when shaking my head hard to try to pop them loose. The first fit worried me about the bass. I could feel shaking on my ears like an overpowered subwoofer in the car and it was too much. I needed a run to test them better. I couldn't get that same fit again and the bass was diminished enough to work well, but then as I ran, they slipped just enough to drop the bass a little more. I took them out and tried several times while running to get the deep bass response again. I don't think I would have to worry about them falling out like other buds, but the inconsistent fit and sound was very disappointing to me.

I just returned these headphones for a Bose pair. They sound quality/ music quality were good, but when talking on the phone no one could hear me. If they did, they hear static. I wanted to like them because I like all the other Sony extra bass headphones.
