    sounds great battery life is good BUT in the last couple of months i have gone through 4 pairs, all of them have stop taking charge at one point very frustrating.

    These are not good! 1. Disconnects from my phone every time I end a call. Have to completely reset to connect again. Not easy when you’re running! 2. Tells me blue tooth is connected but I have no idea what it is connected to = it is NOT my phone! 3. Earphones are not comfortable for long periods of time 4. Not compatible with Siri I will say the battery lasts a long time but I think that’s the only good thing I can say. Definitely sorry I bought them.

    Pretty good but fall apart

    I use these headphones mostly to work out with or listen with when I walk to class. At first, I really liked them. However after about 2 months, some of the buttons fell off and I didn't notice. Not a huge deal because they are still usable but have lost some functionality. The squishy things that go in the ear fell off as well so now I take a lot more care of them because I am on my last set. I think they could do a better job at staying in your ear. When I am running or working out, I find myself having to adjust them quite a bit.

    They were okay. Sound was great, but the control bottoms on both pair of the ones I bought broke off.

    My power button fell off and when I looked on Sony's website this was a very common occurence. I tried to contact support, but since I didn't have the serial number they were no help. I didn't keep my original packaging so I couldn't give them a serial #. I liked the headphones and their performance, but didn't like losing the power button. Maybe Sony will fix this.

    Design flaw

    It is a good product,BUT I have lost the plastic push buttons many times, finally I loss it. I can use it any more.

    I'll be returning this ASAP. I can't give a summary of how the product works, because I can't use it. I can't even charge it at the moment, thanks to the carefully worded, slightly deceptive packaging, and very deceptive manuals. Bought it in store, only to find out that "USB charging" means "only with a computer". Not with a cord to an AC adapter. Like the way 99% of people charge their wireless devices. But you better have a desktop, because your laptop has to be up and running, screen lit, fan buzzing, for the entire 2.5 hours of charge. No, you can't charge it while it sleeps, like the paper manual neglects to mention, and that the online manual implies you can. I'm not about to fry my laptop hardware for some earbuds and screen burn-in. Thanks for wasting my time, Sony.

    Chances are very high that power button will fall out of this product. uNfortunately I missed several reviews that stated this can happen. Stay away!

    I was convinced having the "Extra Bass" labeling and nice looking design (on photos only) that this was a perfect budget friendly wireless sport in ear headphones. What a letdown! Poor craftmanship, extremely cheap feel being all plastic. Worse deception was the sound quality! sounded like a speaker inside a plastic canister! horrible! Got the Jaybird X3 after returning these and these were my best headphones ever!

    Poor design of the earphones

    After using for a while the silicon closure started to peel off, now i cant even close the charger cap , i am posting the pictures if you need to understand the issue I think it may be caused by the sweat or something else but i thought it was supposed to be water/sweat resistant

    I bought these headphones in January 2018 and this month (October 2018) the left side gave out. I called Sony support and luckily I saved my receipt or else I would of been out of luck. I will definitely not be buying these again.

    Poor microphone...and was not able to use this for any calls. Plus the customer service is crap and shoddy. The refund is taking forever. DONT BUY THIS !!!

    nice product. This item has extra invisibility, incredibly advanced so the ccustomers have no chance to find it--even when it is in the package.

    I honestly regret buying this earbuds. They keep falling off and you can hear people around you. They don't block noise at all.
