The bass can be good, even pretty good, but often I find it muddling the overall sound of the song. Almost like it was too much bass, lowering the volume a lot does help but then that defeats the purpose when using these while working (physical labor etc) My biggest gripe with these headphones is the fit. its TERRIBLE. they stick out pretty far, the controls are in a HORRIBLE position, I often found myself grabbing my ear to change the song or turn up the volume or change the song. (I have small ears at that) Overall I would not recommend or ever purchase these again. Get the Jaybird tarahs instead.

Only issue I had was that the power button fell off after 13 days of ownership. Returned and on my second pair let's hope they hold up!
