The fact that sony can make these incredible headphones is incredible but it also helps because i wanted to be able to pair these with my ps4 which is great because my other headphones stopped working. I still am skeptical because i didn't know the difference between the xb950 and the xb650 if anyone knows the difference can you let me in on the info?

This is my first purchase for b/t headphones and so far, I am impressed. I am no audiophile by any means but I do appreciate good sound quality and these headphones deliver. When speaking to someone is they were clear and I was clear to them as well. No complaints.

A step back in comfort but a step forward in sound from the XB950bt for a more complete sound profile, not just overkill on bass

Bought these for my wife as she had Beats before and the noise canceling feature on the beats was not that good. Got these Sony and for the price they are the best in the market.

When I first got these headphones in March I had an iPhone SE and they connected perfectly with these headphones. Sometimes the audio would be behind the videos which bothered me but it was slight. A month later I got an s9 and it continued to connect beautifully (still does) BUT now when I try to connect to any bluetooth device they will not show up as a device. I've tried on my cousins SE, my bluetooth supporting pc, but nothing. The non connecting doesn't bother me as I only use them with my phone but it's something to look out for.

Love this line of headphones supper sound quality for the price. I purchases the earbuds and over the ears type in several differ types including wired and wireless. Great product....!

Comfortable headphones with good sound but has one glitch: when you turn the headphones on you will hear "Headphones on; Bluetooth connected" (this is after you've already paired the phones with whatever device you're using) but there's no sound. I was using a laptop and went to "Settings" and it also showed the headphones as connected. Still no sound. I had to "disconnect" the phones in settings, and click "Connect" again and then there was sound. Other Bluetooth phones I have don't have this issue.

great quality sound,noise cancellation excellent, bought for grand daughter and she loves them .

These are the best headphones I have ever had. The sound clarity and bass blow away any pair of Beats I have had. I never leave reviews, but I had to for these.

I purchased the MDR-XBR650BT to wear while watching TV late at night. They charged very quickly. They paired with my Samsung TV without incident. I’m not an audiophile, so the sound is alright with me. I’m only using them with my TV. However, every time I power them on, I must unpair them from the TV and pair them again to get sound, even though it says Bluetooth is connected and the TV confirms pairing and connectivity. This is quite frustrating to have to do each time I power on the headphones. I returned the last set, waited 2 days for the replacements, and I am having the same issues. I now have to return to the store again, 3 times in a week just for headphones. I am very disappointed. I researched headphones for a month and these appeared to be the best in my price range.

I didn't have the money at the time to buy the Sony MDRXB950BT so I bought these instead. The headphones have great sound and easy to connect using Bluetooth. It feels tight when you put them on and you can adjust them but the main downside is it does bother my ears as they are on the ear headphones. After a while I want to take them off. I prefer over the ears as its more comfortable. There's no Auxiliary port but it does have a thirty hour battery life. Its good for the price but I would recommend the Sony MDRXB950BT over these.

This was my Christmas gift from my husband because I like to listen to music while I work at the computer and I also wander around our small apartment. I was excited to see the Sony brand name but bummed that these are wireless only, but I plugged them in as directed and waited 5 hours to see they don't appear to charge at all, or they don't turn on. I get nothing, no light, nothing. I hope my husband kept the receipt because this is really disappointing. I can forgive wireless only but it helps if the headset would at least turn on, or hold a charge. I've never had a Sony product fail right out of the box before, what happened to your quality control Sony?

As a music producer, I love a good pair of headphones. Sony has always been my go to brand because of their phenomenal sound signature. I bought these headphones thinking that they'll be great and they were! However, they quickly became a piece of junk when the cheap plastic support structure (which holds the drivers) cracked and proceeded to fall apart after normal use. These headphones have the best sound quality that I've heard from Sony!, But they also have the worst build quality that I've ever seen from Sony.

This was the first pair of wireless headphones that I bought and I enjoy using them. The only problems I truly faced with these headphones is that they feel uncomfortable after a long period of time and while they do connect to my phone perfectly fine they do not connect to my laptop which has Bluetooth while the headphones are disconnected from my phone.

My question is if this specific headset has a bass boost function like the 950's. I am aware there is no button but is there a way to change the bass settings?

Bought these for my son as a gift and he loves them. He reviewed them online and is very happy with them.
