These Sony headphones fit the bill perfectly, they have great sound when listening to music, the only negatives that I've encountered are 1) they are sometimes out of sync with video, and there can be a decent amount of background noise when on a phone call.

I’ve had these for almost two years, using them intermittently, with zero problems. They perform well but will say that the ear pieces are a little larger than my liking. Overall though, I recommend and Sony creates quality products.
